- 1 lb Chicken or turkey sausage
- 2 medium Sweet potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut sweet potatoes into cubes and trim broccoli into florets.
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the sausage and vegetables, tossing to coat.
- Spread the mixture on a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra crispy finish, broil the dish for the last 3-4 minutes.
