Delicious honey garlic chicken wings with a sticky-sweet glaze that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, vegetable oil, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with the marinade to coat.
  4. Arrange wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining marinade, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Adjust garlic and honey levels according to taste. Add chili flakes for heat.
