- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, vegetable oil, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with the marinade to coat.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining marinade, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Adjust garlic and honey levels according to taste. Add chili flakes for heat.
