- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim off the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any damaged leaves.
- Cut the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise and toss them with olive oil in a large mixing bowl until well-coated.
- Season the sprouts with salt and black pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic. Once the Brussels sprouts are done, toss them with the glaze and serve warm.
