  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim off the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any damaged leaves.
  2. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise and toss them with olive oil in a large mixing bowl until well-coated.
  3. Season the sprouts with salt and black pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic. Once the Brussels sprouts are done, toss them with the glaze and serve warm.
