Instructions
- Heat the milk in a saucepan until it reaches about 180°F (82°C), then remove from heat.
- Let the milk cool to about 110°F (43°C).
- Stir in the plain yogurt, ensuring it is well mixed into the warm milk.
- Pour the mixture into a clean container and cover it. Place the container in a warm environment for 6-12 hours.
- Check the yogurt for thickness and flavor after fermentation.
- Refrigerate the yogurt for at least 2 hours before serving.

Use high-quality milk for creaminess. Maintain warm temperature for fermentation. Experiment with flavors.
