Delicious bite-sized pizza rolls filled with cheesy goodness and savory flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into squares or rectangles, roughly 3 inches wide.
  4. Place a spoonful of marinara sauce at the center of each piece of dough. Top it with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Fold the dough over to encase the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving with extra marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For different variations, try adding sautéed vegetables or experiment with different cheeses. Make sure to seal the rolls tightly to avoid leaks while baking.
