Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave or double boiler until fully melted.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners and pour a layer of melted chocolate into each liner.
- Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate in each liner.
- Cover the peanut butter layer with another layer of melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
