Description

Homemade peanut butter cups combining creamy peanut butter and smooth chocolate, perfect for parties, gifts, or snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave or double boiler until fully melted.
  3. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and pour a layer of melted chocolate into each liner.
  4. Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate in each liner.
  5. Cover the peanut butter layer with another layer of melted chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy your homemade peanut butter cups once set!
