Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying or baking

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Mixing: In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until a thick dough forms.
  3. Rolling Out: Roll the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  4. Cutting: Cut the rolled dough into desired chip shapes.
  5. Cooking: For baking, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 10-15 minutes. For frying, heat oil and fry until golden brown.
  6. Finishing: Let the chips cool on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
