Instructions
- Preparation: Gather all your ingredients.
- Mixing: In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until a thick dough forms.
- Rolling Out: Roll the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cutting: Cut the rolled dough into desired chip shapes.
- Cooking: For baking, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 10-15 minutes. For frying, heat oil and fry until golden brown.
- Finishing: Let the chips cool on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
