  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons mixed herbs
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1.75 lbs cubed potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 3.5 oz light cream cheese
  • 1.4 oz grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1.75 oz shredded mozzarella
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss chicken with garlic, onion powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, paprika, salt, and olive oil until well-coated.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat, add chicken, and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss potatoes with salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, and paprika. Cook in an air fryer or oven until crispy.
  4. Lower heat on the chicken pan, add milk and cream cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until creamy. Gently fold in crispy potatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes to meld flavors. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Serves well with a fresh salad or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
