- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 3 eggs
- 2 cups flour

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, sugar, melted butter, and eggs; mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, then add to the wet ingredients and stir gently.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling in a small bowl.
- Pour half the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle half the filling over it, and then add the remaining batter followed by the rest of the filling.
- Gently swirl the filling into the batter with a knife.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before drizzling with icing, if desired.
