- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (optional)
- 1 cup onions, sliced (optional)
- Cooking spray or butter for the skillet
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Combine the shredded chicken with ranch dressing in a mixing bowl.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray it with cooking spray.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet. Layer half of the chicken mixture and cheese on one half, add optional veggies, and fold the tortilla.
- Cook until golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes; flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
