Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (optional)
  • 1 cup onions, sliced (optional)
  • Cooking spray or butter for the skillet

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken with ranch dressing in a mixing bowl.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray it with cooking spray.
  4. Place one tortilla in the skillet. Layer half of the chicken mixture and cheese on one half, add optional veggies, and fold the tortilla.
  5. Cook until golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes; flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve warm.
