Description

Delicious and nutritious zucchini tots, perfect for sneaking in veggies during snack time!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small tot shapes using your hands.
  4. Place the shaped tots in a single layer in your air fryer basket and lightly spray the tops with cooking spray. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Notes

Squeeze out excess moisture from the zucchini for crispier tots. Adjust seasonings to taste.
