Ingredients

- 1 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, cashews)
- 1 cup mixed seeds (such as flaxseeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the nuts, seeds, and oats.
- In a separate bowl, combine the honey (or maple syrup), nut butter, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, pressing down slightly to flatten.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before enjoying!
Notes
Customize the mix of nuts and seeds based on preference. For added sweetness, consider adding dark chocolate chips or dried fruits.
