Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, cashews)
  • 1 cup mixed seeds (such as flaxseeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the nuts, seeds, and oats.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the honey (or maple syrup), nut butter, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, pressing down slightly to flatten.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before enjoying!

Notes

Customize the mix of nuts and seeds based on preference. For added sweetness, consider adding dark chocolate chips or dried fruits.
