A delightful and healthy dish featuring perfectly cooked chicken and vibrant vegetables, all made effortlessly in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Ninja Air Fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Add the chopped veggies to the bowl and toss to combine.
  4. Place the chicken and veggies in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your meal fresh from the air fryer.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
