- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
- Fresh fruit or berry topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- In serving jars, layer the crushed graham crackers at the bottom.
- Add a layer of the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham crackers.
- If desired, sprinkle cocoa powder for a chocolate version or add fresh fruit.
- Repeat the layers until the jars are filled, finishing with a topping.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
