Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
  • Fresh fruit or berry topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. In serving jars, layer the crushed graham crackers at the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham crackers.
  4. If desired, sprinkle cocoa powder for a chocolate version or add fresh fruit.
  5. Repeat the layers until the jars are filled, finishing with a topping.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
