Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the harissa mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve hot.
Notes
