Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons harissa paste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the harissa mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve hot.
