- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons tandoori spice mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, vegetable oil, tandoori spice mix, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, shaking off excess, and grill for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
