- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding vegetables such as bell peppers or onions to the skewers. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes prior to grilling.
