- 1 cup Greek yogurt

- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and browned.
- While the chicken cooks, prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, diced cucumbers, dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Season with salt.
- Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest, then slice it thinly. Warm the pita bread, then layer in sliced chicken, tzatziki, tomato slices, and red onion rings.
