- 1 bunch crunchy radishes
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Wash and slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- Mix the radishes with lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Grate Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad.
- Toss gently to combine all the ingredients and serve immediately.
