Description

A delightfully crisp and refreshing salad showcasing fresh radishes, zesty lemon, and rich Parmesan. Perfect as a side dish or light lunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch crunchy radishes
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the radishes into thin rounds.
  2. Mix the radishes with lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Grate Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad.
  4. Toss gently to combine all the ingredients and serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
