- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper to prepare the marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat them well.
- Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
