Description

A flavorful Mediterranean dish featuring marinated chicken breasts grilled to perfection with garlic, lemon, and oregano.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper to prepare the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat them well.
  3. Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
