- 1 pound of broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the broccoli evenly on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve warm, with lemon wedges on the side if desired.
Notes
To enhance flavors, drizzle lemon juice over the broccoli just before serving.
