Description

A delightful side dish of roasted broccoli tossed with garlic and Parmesan cheese, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Spread the broccoli evenly on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve warm, with lemon wedges on the side if desired.

Notes

To enhance flavors, drizzle lemon juice over the broccoli just before serving.
