Description

Crispy garlic parmesan potato wedges are easy to prepare and make for a delicious side dish that pairs well with various meals.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a bowl.
  4. Drizzle the wedges with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Toss everything well to coat the wedges.
  6. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  8. Serve hot as a side dish.

Notes

For extra crunch, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
