- 4 medium Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle the wedges with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Toss everything well to coat the wedges.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
Notes
For extra crunch, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
