Description

Delicious bites filled with melty cheese and garlic flavor, wrapped in soft pizza dough, perfect for any gathering or snack time.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until evenly flat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, basil, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
  3. Cut the dough into 3-inch squares and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in each square’s center. Seal the edges tightly.
  4. Brush the tops with melted butter and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
