Ingredients

- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until evenly flat.
- In a bowl, mix together mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, basil, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
- Cut the dough into 3-inch squares and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in each square’s center. Seal the edges tightly.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
