Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes into equal-sized pieces, boil until tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and mash them with garlic, milk, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the greased muffin tin and press down lightly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are golden brown.
