- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Peel and chop the potatoes into equal-sized pieces, boil until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and mash them with garlic, milk, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Spoon the mixture into the greased muffin tin and press down lightly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
