- 4 ribeye steaks
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks evenly with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter, melting it and letting it bubble.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the steaks and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter along with the minced garlic; cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare doneness.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium, pour in the heavy cream, and whisk while scraping up the browned bits.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
- Slice the steaks, plate them, and drizzle the Parmesan cream sauce over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Serve with garlic mashed potatoes or sautéed green beans. Perfect for special occasions.
