Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your choice), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  3. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Once steak is done, toss it in the garlic butter sauce until evenly coated. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
