Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Peel and quarter the onions.
- Melt the butter in a microwave or over low heat. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the melted butter.
- Toss the quartered onions in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
- Spread coated onions on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- If desired, sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
