Description

Juicy meatballs in a rich and creamy garlic butter sauce, perfect for dinner or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Pasta of choice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Serve the meatballs over pasta, drizzling with the creamy sauce and garnishing with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs. You can also substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
