Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.

- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, cooking for an additional 10 minutes.

Notes
For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs. You can also substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
