Description
A quick and comforting dish featuring tender chicken pieces in garlic butter, tossed with creamy, cheesy pasta.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup pasta (e.g., fettuccine)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add minced garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Add heavy cream to the skillet with garlic, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and mix well. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
