Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup sweetener (like honey or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, and protein powder.
  3. In another bowl, mix the sweetener, milk, melted coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth; fold in dark chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
