Description

A delightful dessert featuring fresh strawberries dipped in creamy goodness, perfect for summer days or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the melted butter with crushed graham crackers and press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, then cool completely.
  4. Combine sliced strawberries with sugar and let sit for about 10 minutes.
  5. Fold the whipped cream and vanilla extract into the strawberries.
  6. Spread the strawberry mixture over the cooled crust.
  7. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

Use ripe, sweet strawberries for the best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
