Description

Delightful sliders filled with savory roast beef, gooey melted cheese, and caramelized onions, perfect for gatherings or family meals.

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef
  • Caramelized onions

  • Au jus (for dipping)
  • Butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and caramelize the onions until soft and golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  3. Layer thinly sliced roast beef over the bottom half of each slider bun, add caramelized onions and cheese.
  4. Brush the top of the buns with a mixture of melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
