- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos
- 1 cup chopped pretzels
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in the crushed Cheetos, chopped pretzels, and chocolate chips.
- Fill the muffin tins about 2/3 full and bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
