Description

These muffins combine sweet chocolate and spicy Flamin’ Hot Cheetos for a unique, flavorful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos
  • 1 cup chopped pretzels
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in the crushed Cheetos, chopped pretzels, and chocolate chips.
  5. Fill the muffin tins about 2/3 full and bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
