Ingredients

  • 16 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Cool Whip, divided
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • Additional Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix until cookies are well coated, then press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip until fully combined. Spread mixture evenly over the Oreo crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until it thickens to a creamy consistency. Carefully spread pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pudding layer and crush additional Oreo cookies on top for decoration.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow layers to set.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing. Consider variations like adding a layer of peanut butter or using mint Oreos for a twist.
