Instructions

  3. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and ground nutmeg, and mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Flatten each cookie slightly and sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
