Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork or chicken
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat until hot.
  2. Add the ground pork or chicken, cooking until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced ginger and garlic, cooking for another minute.
  4. Add coleslaw mix and soy sauce, stirring well to combine. Cook until cabbage is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
