- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla and eggs until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them evenly. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks. Dust cooled cookies with powdered sugar.
