Description

A delightful and nostalgic no-bake salad with vibrant green color and fluffy texture, perfect for potlucks and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the instant pudding mix and crushed pineapple, including the juice. Stir until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the miniature marshmallows and whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  3. If desired, add the chopped nuts and mix gently.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For an extra creamy texture, use homemade whipped cream instead of store-bought. Can be prepared a day ahead and kept refrigerated.
