Ingredients

- 4 Flour tortillas
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Pepperoni, sliced
- 1 Bell pepper, sliced
- ½ Onion, sliced
- 1 cup Spinach, fresh
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- ½ cup Pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Spread pizza sauce on one side of a flour tortilla.
- Layer with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, and spinach.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Fold the tortilla in half and place it in the skillet. Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook until crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with marinara or extra pizza sauce for dipping. Top with fresh herbs for added flavor.
