Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, chopped spinach, cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice or pasta, chopped onion, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly. Top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs if using. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving to allow it to set slightly. Enjoy warm.
