- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat ovens to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic in a mixing bowl.
- Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with fresh herbs for garnish. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
