- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar; whisk until well blended.
- In another bowl, mix together the canned pumpkin, milk, melted butter, and egg; stir until smooth.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
- Drop heaping spoonfuls of batter onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
