Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips (dark or milk)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Candy canes (crushed, for topping)
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips using the same method and stir until smooth.
  5. Stir in the peppermint extract into the melted white chocolate and pour it over the dark chocolate layer.
  6. Gently swirl the two layers of chocolate together to create a marbled effect.
  7. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 1 to 2 hours.
  9. Break into pieces and serve or store for later.
