These Easy No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Cups combine the classic taste of Oreo cookies with a creamy cheesecake filling, perfect for parties or a mid-week treat.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • Extra Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of serving cups to create a crust.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until smooth and light using a spatula.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the cups, filling each cup generously.
  6. Refrigerate the cups for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Before serving, crush a few extra Oreos and sprinkle them on top of each cup.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add crushed Oreos just before serving for optimal crunchiness.
