- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in the diced apples, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Pour the apple cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
