Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Gently fold in the diced apples, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  5. Pour the apple cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
