Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink.
- Pour in the lemon juice and add lemon zest. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir in fresh parsley and cook for another minute.
