Description

A quick and refreshing dessert made with ripe mangoes and whipped cream, topped with crunchy graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Crushed graham crackers for topping

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and gently fold until well combined.
  4. Layer the mango pieces at the bottom of serving cups, then pipe or spoon the cream mixture over the mango layer. Top with crushed graham crackers and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a non-dairy option, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream.
