Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon until well combined.
- If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm enough to cut.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment and cut into squares. Serve immediately or package for gifting.
