Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm enough to cut.
  7. Lift the fudge out using the parchment and cut into squares. Serve immediately or package for gifting.
