Easy Creamy Salmon & Pea Tagliatelle

Description

A delightful and indulgent dish that combines creamy sauce with fresh peas and tender salmon, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 200g tagliatelle
  • 200g fresh salmon fillets
  • 150g frozen peas
  • 200ml double cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and flake into large pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, add the frozen peas and double cream. Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes until the peas are heated through.
  5. Return the flaked salmon to the skillet and add the cooked tagliatelle. Toss everything together gently, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Best served immediately; leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
