- 200g tagliatelle
- 200g fresh salmon fillets
- 150g frozen peas
- 200ml double cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and flake into large pieces.
- In the same skillet, add the frozen peas and double cream. Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes until the peas are heated through.
- Return the flaked salmon to the skillet and add the cooked tagliatelle. Toss everything together gently, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Best served immediately; leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
