Crispy bites filled with creamy crab cheesecake, perfect for summer parties.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crab meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Sweet and sour sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl.
- Place about a tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water, fold it over to form a triangle, and seal the edges tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat and fry the wontons in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
Notes
Use fresh crab meat for best flavor; imitation crab works too. Ensure oil is hot enough before frying.
